Don’t confuse effort with results?
Have you ever gone to a home business opportunity, got all excited, signed up on the spot, got home and said “Now What?” Chances are you’re going to need some training to help you get that business off the ground.
The statistics tell us that around the 90 day mark, if you haven’t made any money, you’ll start to have doubts, you’ll start wondering if you had made the right decision. You’ll consider quitting.
Watch this short video on Rick and Dick Hoyt. An emotional video on the world’s greatest dad and then rethink your problems, reassess your priorities and remember why you’ve decided to join a home based business. You will always have ups and downs, you need to prioritize your approach to the business.
Don’t confuse effort with results.
Everyone is seeking the same thing… more money…. more time. Ironically sometimes when you’re doing good financially you don’t have any time and when you have too much time on your hands, you’re not making any money. You need to understand that it’s an issue everyone has had to overcome. Everyone goes through this, and everyone that pushes forward overcomes the paradox that keeps people from achieving financial security.
Don’t confuse effort with results! Don’t Give Up Too Soon!
You need to make sure you’re following a very strict 90 day plan. If you stick to a 90 day program and you monitor and log your progress, you’ll be able to visually see where you need to adjust your strategy to scale up your business. If you can get one person to sign up in your home business and if you can get one customer go purchase or try your product, you can easily scale that up to hundreds if not thousands of people. But you have to follow a plan and be prepared to grow your business. You don’t want to build a house of cards that will collapse as your business starts to expand.
The reason we say don’t confuse effort with results is very simple. If you’re doing something over and over with no results or the same results, you’re waisting your time and you’re not doing something correct. This is a copy cat business. The wheel has already been invented, grab the wheel put it on your car and take off.
Remember that in order to make the money you’re not used to making, you’re going to have to learn to do things you’re not used to doing. You don’t have to be perfect on your approach, don’t over analyze things, just get off your ass and copy the leaders. Over time, you’ll perfect your approach and little by little you’ll develop your own unique style.
Never give up. Go under, go around, go through, but never give up!
If making your business go was a life or death situation, would you change your approach, would you change your attitude, would you not take no for an answer? Of course you would. Never look for excuses on why things don’t work out, ask yourself for solutions on how to make thinks work. Your brain is like a computer, if you ask it why questions you’ll get negative answers, if you ask your brain how questions, it will give you solutions.
Winners don’t look for excuses and blame others, they look for solutions to get what they want!
Share these videos with those that are down and about to quit and I’m sure they will re-evaluate everything they’ve ever done.
